Claims (1)
- 二枚の金属製ダイヤフラムにより上下を密閉し
た容器の受圧ダイヤフラムに連動する可変抵抗器
を作動せしめ、そこに流れる電流変化を、抵抗値
の変化として感知し、これを液面表示に変換表示
とすることを特徴とする液面計。
