- 可撓性を有する圧電素子５の一面に整合層３を
設け、この整合層３に柔軟な可撓性表面デイレイ
材１を接合し、圧電素子５の他面に絶縁材６を介
して電磁シールド材７を設け、この電磁シールド
材７の表面に保護材８を設けてなる超音波センサ
。
