Claims (1)
- 探針と、この探針の振動を検出してその出力信
号を出力するピツクアツプ装置と、このピツクア
ツプ装置の出力信号を表示する表示装置とを備え
た振動検出装置において、前記ピツクアツプ装置
が、前記探針の後端に連結された内筒と、この内
筒をバネを介して摺動自在に嵌合された外筒とか
ら成つて、前記内筒の外表面に押圧力識別部を設
け、前記外筒の側壁に、所定の押圧力になつた際
に前記識別部が透視可能になる窓を設けたことを
特徴とする振動検出装置。
