気信号を外部に導出可能な信号導出部を有するケ
ース体とより成る振動センサにおいて、前記ケー
ス体に前記信号導出部の外部からの影響を低減す
るための保護手段を設けたことを特徴とする振動
センサ。 (2) 前記保護手段は前記信号導出部を包含しケ
ース体を含む積層構造部材よりなる請求項1記載
の振動センサ。 (3) 前記積層構造部材は二重構造の樹脂部材で
ある請求項1又は2記載の振動センサ。 (4) 前記振動センサは、自動車用エンジン等の
内燃機関の振動検出を行うノツキングセンサであ
