Claims (1)
- 試料に光を入射するための光源と、上記試料か
ら出射された光より特定波長域の光を選択的に透
過するカラーフイルタと、該カラーフイルタから
透過した光を受光して光信号を電気信号に変換す
る受光部と、該受光部で得られた電気信号を入力
してレベル表示を行う表示部を具備してなること
を特徴とするカラーモニタ。
