Claims (1)
- 暗室５内で光源１３からの光を検出部位６に集
光し、検出部位６を通る試料流体中の微粒子の散
乱光を受光素子２４で検出するようにした微粒子
検出装置において、光源１３の光軸１７上から離
れた位置に受光素子２４を配置すると共に、光軸
１７上に、光源１３からの光を暗室５内に反射し
ないよう封じる封光器１６を設けたことを特徴と
する微粒子検出装置。
