Claims (1)
- 一端に開口部を設けた有底筒状ケースに熱膨脹
体を充填するとともにこの開口部をダイアフラム
にて覆い、かつ前記ケースの開口端部にカバーを
冠着して同開口部の端面とカバーの開口部端面に
て前記ダイヤフラムの外周部を挾持し、前記カバ
ーにピストンロツドを摺動可能に組付けるととも
にこのピストンロツドの一端面と前記ダイアフラ
ムにて前記カバー内に区画形成される空所に半流
動体を充填したサーモワツクス装置において、前
記ケースの開口端部を前記カバーの開口端部に圧
入したことを特徴とするサーモワツクス装置。
