大きい外径の被動板と、該被動板と同心一体的に
組み立てられた前記摩擦リングと、前記被動板を
弾性部材により押圧し傾斜回転可能に支承する被
動軸から成り、該被動軸は前記マガジン内に軸支
されている請求項第1項に記載の巻取異常検出装
置。 (3) 前記信号発生手段は前記被動軸に固定され
た複数の透孔を有するロータと、光信号を電気信
号に変換するフオトリフレクタから成る請求項第
1項に記載の巻取異常検出装置。 (4) 前記マガジン内には前記スプールの回転と
連動して回転し前記被動板を前記弾性部材に抗し
て傾斜させるドラムが制動部材を介して支承され
