けたネジ頭部と、一端に雄ネジを有し他端に弾性
体及び上記凹部に嵌合する球状部材が収納された
溝を設けたフランジ状部材とからなり、上記ネジ
頭部は独立して回転可能に上記フランジ部材と結
合され、上記球状部材を上記弾性体により常時ネ
ジ頭部方向に押圧し、上記凹部に球状部材が嵌合
している場合にはネジ頭部とフランジ状部材とが
一体となつて回転することを特徴とするトルク制
