Claims (1)
- 流入孔と流出孔とを有するケーシングの内部の
前記流入孔側に、筒状をなし、かつ、側面に孔が
穿設されている浮上台を配設するとともに、前記
流出孔側に、マグネツト弁座を配設し、前記ケー
シングの内部にマグネツト弁を位置して、前記浮
上台の上面に吸着されて上面を閉塞する位置と、
前記マグネツト弁座に吸着されて流出孔を閉塞す
る位置との間を移動可能とし、さらに、前記浮上
台に、それを囲んだ状態で環状の補助弁を上下方
向に移動可能に配設し、流体の圧力が設定値以下
の時、流体は前記浮上台の孔、前記浮上台と環状
の補助弁との間、およびマグネツト弁と大径孔と
の間を通つて流出孔から流出し、設定値になつた
時、前記補助弁が上昇してマグネツト弁と大径孔
との間を閉塞して前記マグネツト弁にのみ流体が
作用し、前記マグネツト弁が浮上台から離隔した
のち、前記マグネツト弁座に吸着され、前記流出
孔が閉塞して流体の流れが阻止されることを特徴
とする磁気式緊急遮断弁。
