図において、１はセンサー素子、２は充電電圧
、３ａ，３ｂはセンサー素子の容量、４ａ，４ｂ
は光電流、５ａ，５ｂは浮遊容量、６ａ，６ｂは
リセツトスイツチ、６ａ，６ｂは信号電圧である
。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。
