属板からなり且つ電極板を兼ねる偏平部を有する
リード線を、バイモルフもしくはユニモルフ型の
圧電振動子を構成する圧電セラミツク板に接触さ
せた状態で、熱可塑性合成樹脂フイルム及び合成
樹脂フイルム、又は単に合成樹脂フイルムによつ
てラミネートされた振動系を有することを特徴と
