Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute the guidance of evacuation exactly by automatically operating a laser oscillating device according to an abnormality detecting signal, oscillating a laser beam and directing this laser beam to the direction of the emergency evacuation. CONSTITUTION:When abnormality is generated by fire, etc., in a building, at first, the abnormality is detected by abnormality detecting devices 13 and 14 and the abnormality detecting signal is sent to a control device 15. The control device 15 to receive this signal sends an operation commanding signal to a laser oscillating device 11 and the laser oscillating device 11 is automatically operated. A laser beam B is oscillated and this beam is directed to the direction of the emergency evacuation. A person to execute the emergency evacuation can know the route of the evacuation by seeing the directional direction of this laser beam B. In order to clearly show the route of the evacuation, it is effective, for example, to enlarge the width of the oscillated laser beam B toward the direction of the evacuation. It is also effective to execute the emergency broadcast of the contents that 'Please take refuge along the laser beam B'.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, such methods of emergency evacuation guidance using sound or lighting are less effective for people inside a building who are in a state of panic due to the occurrence of an abnormality; If it is not accurate, it may be of little use. In addition, with emergency lighting using conventional light sources, when smoke occurs, the transmission of light is blocked, and in particular, letters indicating emergency exits may be almost impossible to read. Additionally, if the emergency evacuation route is winding or has obstacles along the way, it may be difficult to find an emergency exit, and evacuees may not know which route to take to evacuate. .

When an abnormality such as a fire occurs in a building, the abnormality is first detected by the abnormality detection devices 13 and 14, and an abnormality detection signal is sent to the control device 15. The control device 15 that received this signal sends an operation command signal to the laser oscillation device 11,
The laser oscillation device 11 automatically operates. Laser beam B is oscillated and directed in the direction of emergency evacuation.

A person attempting to evacuate in an emergency can see the direction of this laser beam B and know the evacuation route. In order to clearly indicate the evacuation route, it is effective, for example, to expand the width of the emitted laser beam B in the direction of evacuation. Also, please evacuate along laser beam B. It is also effective to make an emergency broadcast with the following content:

Since the laser beam B has the property of traveling straight without attenuating its optical power, it can reach a long distance even if smoke occurs, and the evacuation route will not be lost. Also,
The laser beam's light trail is reflected by smoke particles, making the evacuation route more clearly visible.

For example, if there is an obstacle A in the middle of the evacuation route, or if there is a protrusion C in the position where you want to install the laser oscillation device 11,
The laser beam B from the laser oscillation device 11 is sent to the emergency exit 12.
If it is not possible to directly oscillate the laser beam B, an optical scanner 18 is used to change the optical path of the laser beam B, so that the laser beam B can reach the target location.

The optical scanner 18 includes a mirror that repeatedly rotates and a motor that rotates the mirror, and can make the laser beam B incident on the mirror and reflect it in a predetermined direction. Further, it is desirable that the power source (battery) for the optical scanner 18 is built-in in case of a power outage.

The optical scanner 18 is placed in the optical path of the laser beam B from the laser oscillation device 11, and the rotation angle of the mirror of the optical scanner 18 is controlled so that the reflected light beam from the optical scanner 18 is directed toward the emergency exit 12. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the abnormality detection signal is emitted by the abnormality detection device, the laser oscillation device 11 is activated to oscillate the laser beam B, the optical scanner 18 is activated, and the mirror emits the laser beam B. Note that it is also possible to use an ordinary fixed mirror instead of the optical scanner 18 as a means for changing the optical path of the laser beam B. However, if the optical scanner 18 is used, the narrow laser beam B of 1 to 5 mm and 1 degree can be expanded to a width that is easily visible. Furthermore, since the surface of the mirror of the optical scanner 18 is manufactured with high precision, there is little scattering of light, and even if the surface becomes slightly dirty, there is an effect that the reflection performance of the laser beam B will not be degraded.

According to this embodiment, the optical path of the laser beam B from the laser oscillation device 11 is bent along the evacuation route by the optical scanner 18 at each corner of the evacuation route, and the laser beam B is caused to reach the emergency exit 12. According to this embodiment, since the laser beam B is oscillated from the emergency exit side, the direction toward the emergency exit 12 can always be indicated no matter how thick the smoke is. In other words, even if the laser beam B does not reach a far distance due to insufficient optical power, the direction of the most important emergency exit 12 will be reliably indicated regardless of the difference in the laser beam reach distance. .

Furthermore, since the width of the laser beam B gradually becomes narrower toward the emergency exit 12, it is psychologically effective in pointing in the direction of escape. Furthermore, since the light source escapes in a direction where the light source is strong, this also has the effect of giving a psychological sense of security.

FIG. 8 is an external perspective view showing the protective cover 21 of the optical scanner 18. The optical scanner 18 placed in the middle of the evacuation route is likely to be damaged if an object or the like collides with it. For this reason, it is desirable that the optical scanner 18 be covered with a protective cover 21. As shown in FIG. 8, this protective cover 21 is preferably provided with a notch 21a in a portion corresponding to the path through which the laser beam B passes.

As explained above, by oscillating a highly transparent laser beam in the direction of emergency evacuation or toward the inside of a building from the emergency exit side, it is possible to provide emergency evacuation guidance information without obstructing the view due to smoke, etc. Can be done. Furthermore, by using an optical scanner in combination, it becomes possible to change the optical path of the laser beam and use the laser beam for multiple purposes, thereby expanding the scope of application of the emergency evacuation guidance system.
