【発明の詳細な説明】 (a) 発明の技術分野 本発明は電子交換システムの外部監視装置に係
り、特に電子交換システムに対し系切り替えの緊
急起動を連続して発信し、該電子交換システムの
立ち上がり動作に支障を来すことがない様に配慮
した外部監視方式に関するものである。

る。外部監視装置には普通複数個の外部監視部が
設けられ、夫々独立に動作して交換システムに対
し定期的に呼を発し、電子交換システムの中央処
理装置からの応答信号を受信する。若し此の応答
信号が正常であれば交換システムは正常に動作し
ていると判定し、若し此の応答信号が異常であれ
ば普通は更に呼を発し再び応答信号が異常であれ
ば〔場合によつては数回繰り返すこともある〕交
換システムに異常が発生したものと判定し、此の
交換システムに対し緊急起動要求信号を発信す
る。通常交換システムは常用、予備の二重化され
たシステムを採用し、此の緊急起動要求信号を受
信して常用系から予備系に切り替える。切り替え
られた予備系には直ちにリセツトがかかり、イニ
シアライズされるが、此れが完了する迄に若干の
時間がかかる。此の時間を立ち上がり時間と云
う。

己の緊急起動要求信号を発信する様にするもので
ある。

したことを記憶する記憶回路及び前記記憶回路が
前記緊急起動要求信号を記憶すると同時に起動す
るタイマ回路を前記外部監視部に内臓させること
により、前記緊急起動要求信号により前記交換シ
ステムが常用系から予備系に切り替わつてから或
る所定の時間内は他の前記外部監視部が緊急起動
要求信号を発信するのを停止させることを特徴と
する外部監視方式を提供することにより達成され
る。

憶すると同時に起動するタイマ回路を前記外部監
視部に内臓させることにより、前記緊急起動要求
信号により前記交換システムが常用系から予備系
に切り替わつてから或る所定の時間内は他の前記
外部監視部が緊急起動要求信号を発信するのを停
止させることを特徴とする外部監視方式。
