Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent liquid from flowing out even if a container falls and permit liquid to be poured out without opening/closing a lid when the need arises by forming a tubelike liquid flow path so that it almost runs around on an inner wall of the container. CONSTITUTION:A liquid flow path 4, which is tubelike, is formed so that it runs approximately around an inner wall of a container, that is, a circle corresponding to an inner circumference of an inner wall of a lid 3, and an inlet 7 of liquid L is provided inside the container and an outlet 8 is provided outside the container. In the case when the lid 3 is a polygonal, the liquid inlet 4 runs along the polygonal. An air valve 5 is for taking-in air from the exterior when the liquid is poured out and should be so constituted not to permit the contained liquid L to be leaked out. When this container 1 falls, part of the liquid path 4 always lies above the liquid surface Lf as long as the container is full of the liquid L, so that the liquid L will not be leaked out being under external atmospheric pressure. When the liquid is to be poured outside, the liquid path 4 is completely filled with the liquid L with the container being tilted, thereby the whole liquid path 4 is under the liquid surface Lf to permit the liquid L to be poured out.

There are usually two types of liquid containers of this type: soft types that pour out liquid by being deformed by external pressure, and hard types that do not. The present invention relates to liquid containers, and in particular to liquid containers that do not allow liquid to flow out even if they fall over, and that allow liquid to be poured into them when necessary without requiring operations such as opening and closing the lid.

However, it is equally desirable for rigid liquid containers to have the ability to prevent liquid from spilling out even if they fall over, and to also be able to pour liquid when necessary without having to open or close the lid.

<Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, in the present invention, there is provided a liquid pouring passage formed so as to go around a circle or a polygon corresponding to the inner periphery of the container wall, and an end portion of the liquid pouring passage is provided. The present invention provides a liquid container equipped with a spout.

<Function> In other words, according to this liquid container, the tubular liquid dispensing path goes around the circle or polygon corresponding to the inner periphery of the container wall, so that when the liquid container falls over, the liquid will leak out. Unless it is full, a portion of the liquid outlet path is always above the liquid level and no liquid will flow out. On the other hand, when pouring is desired, by tilting the container, the entire liquid dispensing channel will be submerged in the liquid, and the liquid will naturally be dispensed.

In this way, the liquid will not flow out even if it falls over (and when necessary, you can pour liquid by simply tilting it, without having to open or close the lid or do any other operations).

The liquid pouring passage 4 is tubular and extends approximately around a circle corresponding to the inner periphery of the container wall, specifically, in this embodiment, the inner wall layer of the lid 3, and has one end thereof, that is, the intake of the liquid reservoir. The lower end faces inside the container, and the other end, that is, the liquid spout 8, faces outside the container.

Although it is preferable that the liquid pouring passage 4 is provided integrally with the lid body 3 as in this embodiment, it may be formed separately and attached.

In this embodiment, since the lid body 3 has a circular inner wall layer, the liquid outlet path 4 goes around the circle, but in the case of a polygon, the liquid outlet path 4 goes around the polygon. You will make a full circle along the

The air valve 5 is a valve for taking in air from the outside when dispensing liquid in order to make the dispensing of the liquid smooth. The air valve 5 has a structure that allows air to enter from the outside but prevents the internal liquid from leaking. use As such a valve structure, for example, a valve structure as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-43801 can be used.

This liquid container 1 has the characteristic that liquid will not leak even if it falls over, and the lid 3 can be removed when pouring.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the liquid pouring passage 4 falls down, unless the liquid reservoir is full, the liquid spouting passage 4, which is designed to go around a circle corresponding to the inner wall layer of the lid 3, will collapse. A part of the liquid I5 is always above the liquid level Lf, and the liquid I5 cannot go beyond the part protruding from the liquid level Lf due to atmospheric pressure from the outside, so the liquid I5 does not leak.

On the other hand, when pouring, as shown in FIG. 4, if you tilt the liquid, the liquid will completely fill the liquid spouting path 4, so the entire liquid spouting path 4 will be below the liquid level Lf, and the liquid will ri is poured out.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the liquid container according to the present invention has the following effects:
It is equipped with a liquid spouting path that is formed to go around a circle or polygon that corresponds to the inner periphery of the container wall, and if the container falls over, a part of the liquid spouting path will always be filled with liquid unless it is full. On the other hand, when you want to pour, you tilt the container so that the entire liquid pouring channel is submerged in the liquid and the liquid pours out, so it does not tip over. The liquid does not flow out even when the lid is turned on, and when necessary, the liquid can be poured simply by tilting the lid, without requiring any operations such as opening or closing the lid.
