Claims (1)
- 筒状のフイルタケースの一端を閉鎖した閉鎖壁
に、ガスの排出孔が設けられるとともに、この排
出孔を被覆して、二次フイルタが前記閉鎖壁に取
付けられ、前記二次フイルタを被覆する筒状の一
次フイルタを保持してフイルタケースから引き出
す保持部材が、フイルタケースのキヤツプに取付
けられ、ガスの供給孔がフイルタケースの適所に
形成された分析用燃焼排ガスなどに用いられるフ
イルタ。
