Claims (1)
- 並列に配置された発光素子と受光素子と、これ
らの素子の前方に設けられ、発光素子からの光を
透過するとともに臨界面において順次全反射して
受光素子に向けて入射させるプリズムと一体のレ
ベルセンサを基板上に備え、液位がプリズムに至
るとプリズムの相対的な屈折率の変化により臨界
面における全反射が妨げられて光の経路が変化し
、受光素子がこれを検知することを特徴とする液
位検出装置。
