Claims (1)
されると共に、長さ方向の左右両側面にそれぞれ
カバー係合溝が形成された非磁性のセンサケース
と、前記センサケースのユニツト嵌着穴内に設け
られ、被検知体通過面側に永久磁石により磁気バ
イアスされた磁電変換素子を有する検知ユニツト
と、前記ユニツト嵌着穴に前記検知ユニツトを嵌
着した状態で、該センサケースの被検知体通過面
側に貼着された絶縁フイルムと、該絶縁フイルム
の上面側から前記センサケースの被検知体通過面
側を閉塞する平面部と該平面部の左右両側に形成
された係合爪部とからなり、該係合爪部を前記セ
ンサケースのカバー係合溝に係合させることによ
つて取り付けられるヘツドカバーと、前記ヘツド
カバーを前記センサケースに固定するために該ヘ
ツドカバーの係合爪部の一部を前記カバー係合溝
に固定する接着剤と、前記接着剤によつて前記ヘ
ツドカバーを前記センサケースに固定した状態で
前記カバー係合溝と係合爪部との間をシールする
ために該カバー係合溝内に充填された弾力性を有
