パー部の平面図を示す。さらには第６図はチヨツ
パー部のチヨツパーデイスク回転速度検出器を示
す図である。 図中、８：チヨツパーデイスク、１２：シヨー
トアーク型放電灯、２２：導光フアイバー、２３
：光学系、８１：チヨツパー部。

イバーを具えた装置において、 前記装置はシヨートアーク型の放電灯と、この
放電灯からの放射光を前記導光フアイバーの他端
に集光する光学系と、前記放電灯と前記導光フア
イバーとの間に導光をチヨツプするチヨツパー部
を設けたことを特徴とする導光フアイバー付顕微
鏡用チヨツパー光源装置。
