Claims (1)
- 加工物を低真空圧を利用して保持・固定して機
械加工に使用する真空チヤツクにおいて、ベース
と、上記ベースの上面に設けられ、流体透過性鋳
鉄で形成されている吸着面と、上記ベースの端部
に設けられ真空発生源に接ながる接続口と、上記
接続口と上記吸着面を接なぐ排気抗とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする真空チヤツク。
