の排気ガス浄化装置の正面図である。 １……排気ガス浄化装置、２……ハニカムコア
体、２１……平板状帯材、２２……波板状帯材、
２３……網目状通気孔路、３……金属ケース、３
……金属ケースの拡径部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 薄肉金属板の平板状帯材と波板状帯材を相互
    に当接するように重積して製作した軸方向に多数
    の網目状通気孔路を有するハニカムコア体の二つ
    を、両端が開口し、かつ拡径部を有する筒状金属
    ケース内に離間させて固着してなる排気ガス浄化
    用触媒を担持するための排気ガス浄化装置におい
    て、夫々のハニカムコア体の前記金属ケースの開
    口部近傍における外周面が金属ケースの内壁面に
    固着され、夫々のハニカムコア体の離間部近傍に
    おける外周面が金属ケースの内壁面に当接してい
    ないものであることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装
    置。 ２ ハニカムコア体が、平板状帯材と波板状帯材
    を相互に当接するように重積し、これを一括渦巻
    き状に巻回積層して製作したものである請求項１
    に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 ３ ハニカムコア体が、平板状帯材と波板状帯材
    を階層状に積層して製作したものである請求項１
    に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 ４ ハニカムコア体の離間部近傍における外周面
    に、該外周面に固着され、かつ金属ケースの拡径
    部の内壁面に当接するスペーサーを設けたもので
    ある請求項１に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 ５ スペーサーが円周方向に所定の間隔をもつて
    設けられたものである請求項４に記載の排気ガス
    浄化装置。 ６ スペーサーが円周方向に全周に亘り設けられ
    たものである請求項４に記載の排気ガス浄化装置
    。
