- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エアクリーナ１１にエアを導入すべく、フエ
ンダー１４内にそのエア吸入口１３を設定した吸
気ダクト１２において、 エア吸入口１３から離間させ、かつこのエア吸
入口１３と相対するように設置されるとともに、
芯材１６と撥水性表皮１８とを備えていることを
特徴とする吸気ダクト用カバー。 ２ 芯材１６はポリプロピレン樹脂を傘状に成形
した射出成形体から構成されていることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の吸気ダクト用カバー。 ３ 撥水性表皮１８は成形不織布から構成されて
いることを特徴とする請求項１記載の吸気ダクト
用カバー。 ４ 芯材１６と撥水性表皮１８との間に吸音材１
７が介挿されていることを特徴とする請求項１，
２または３記載の吸気ダクト用カバー。 ５ 芯材１６と撥水性表皮１８との間に空気層２
１が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１，
２または３記載の吸気ダクト用カバー。 ６ 芯材１６と撥水性表皮１８との取付けは、周
縁部に沿つて両者をタツカ止めしたことを特徴と
する請求項１，２または３記載の吸気ダクト用カ
バー。 ７ 芯材１６に立設形成したボスをカシメること
により芯材１６に撥水性表皮１８を固定したこと
を特徴とする請求項２，３，４，または５記載の
吸気ダクト用カバー。 ８ 芯材１６は成形フエルト２２で構成されてい
ることを特徴とする請求項１または３記載の吸気
ダクト用カバー。 ９ 成形フエルト２２と撥水性表皮１８とを一体
にプレス成形したことを特徴とする請求項８記載
の吸気ダクト用カバー。
