ーを設けた出湯管に給湯する湯沸器と、前記給湯
栓付近に設けられて出湯温度を設定する第１遠隔
制御器と、前記シヤワー付近に設けられて出湯温
度を設定する第２遠隔制御器と、前記両遠隔制御
器により設定された温度に基づき前記湯沸器から
の出湯温度を制御する湯温制御手段を備えてなる
給湯装置において、前記両遠隔制御器のうち後に
作動状態に入つた方の遠隔制御器を指定する優先
判断手段を備え、前記湯温制御手段は、前記両遠
隔制御器の何れか一方のみが作動状態になつてい
るときはその一方の遠隔制御器により設定された
出湯温度となるように、また前記両遠隔制御器の
両方が作動状態になつているときは前記湯沸器の
最高出湯温度よりも低い所定温度を上限として、
前記優先判断手段が指定した方の遠隔制御器によ
り設定された出湯温度となるように、前記湯沸器
