縮機にもどる冷房回路と、圧縮機から三方弁、室
内熱交換器、冷媒―温水熱交換器を経由して圧縮
機にもどる暖房回路の切換を行い、冷房時、暖房
時共に室内熱交換器と冷媒―温水熱交換器を冷媒
が同一方向に流れるように構成したことを特徴と
