  1. 底板または天板に冷却対象物が固定される金属
    ベローズと、この金属ベローズ内の密封空間に挿
    設固定した金属メツシユ筒とを有し、前記金属ベ
    ローズ内の密封空間に適量の冷媒液を封入してな
    ることを特徴とするベローズ式ヒートシンク。
