    子ビーム管の周期磁界装置において、前記磁極片
    は軸方向の両面に延展部を有し、また磁極片の径
    方向の中心部に中心軸上に向かつたねじを１カ所
    以上設けたことを特徴とする電子ビーム管の周期
    磁界装置。
