Claims (1)
- 放電路並びに外囲器を構成する放電細管部が、
同軸上に順次積層されたセラミツク複合部品から
成り、該セラミツク複合部品は中心にレーザビー
ム通過用の細管孔を有する円筒形のセラミツク部
品と該セラミツク部品が挿入されるセラミツク製
外囲器から成るイオンレーザ管において、前記セ
ラミツク部品と前記セラミツク製外囲器の接触部
に複数の空隙を設けたことを特徴とするイオンレ
ーザ管。
