As shown in the figure, sheet-like materials 2 are fed one by one by a belt conveyor 1 toward a collection position set inside a sheet holding means 14 such as a casing, and toward the collection position,
The sheet-like material 2 leaving the belt conveyor 1 is allowed to fall naturally while the stacking position is aligned by the sheet holding means 4.

For the purpose of smoothly feeding sheet-like materials while preventing them from flying up, we previously proposed a device that stacks sheet-like materials while blowing an air flow onto them (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1982-1999). No. 121175). As shown in FIG. 5, this device blows an air flow C onto the lower surface of the sheet-like material to be supplied at the entrance of the sheet-like material 2 supplying position, thereby removing the sheet-like material that has already been accumulated. At the front end of the collection position, a blower 6 generates an air flow from above to press the top surface of the supplied sheet-like material from above, causing the sheet-like material to fly up. It is designed to prevent this from happening. However, even in such a device, the rear end of the supplied sheet does not fall quickly, making it difficult to speed up the accumulation process, and the two types of air currents bend the sheet and cause the sheet to fold. This also causes inconveniences such as the occurrence of problems such as the following.

The method further includes an air flow generating means that generates an air flow in a direction opposite to the supply direction and pushes down the upper surface of the rear end portion of the sheet material that is dropped and accumulated toward the accumulation position by the sheet supply means. This is a characteristic feature.

The front end position is defined by the inner wall surface 4a and falls downward. Further, at this time, the lateral position of the sheet-like objects 2 is also defined by the inner surface 4b of the sheet holding means 4, so that a large number of sheet-like objects 2 are stacked in the stacking position A with their positions aligned.

A fan 5 for generating a flow B is provided. This fan 5 is arranged at a position such that the airflow B hits the upper surface of the rear end of the sheet-like object that has left the conveyor belt 1, and by blowing such an airflow B,
The rear end of the sheet material 2 leaving the conveyor belt 1 is immediately pushed downward. Therefore, even if the next sheet-like object is sent out by the conveyor belt 1 immediately after the preceding sheet-like object leaves the conveyor belt 1, the rear end of the preceding sheet-like object and the leading end of the following sheet-like object will come into contact. This eliminates the need for sheet materials to be continuously fed out and accumulated at high speed. Note that if the conveyor belt 1 is slightly inclined as in this embodiment and the sheet-like material 2 is fed from slightly obliquely above, the air flow B can hit the top surface of the rear end of the sheet-like material at a slight angle. Therefore, the effect of pushing down the rear end of the sheet-like article can be enhanced, which is preferable.

On the other hand, in accordance with the present invention, when the air flow was generated by a fan as described above, even if the supply speed was increased by 25%, no stacking defects occurred.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a wide nozzle 7 extending in the width direction of the sheet-like material 2 is provided at the front end of the accumulation position, and airflow is blown from this nozzle over the entire width of the sheet-like material 2. It's okay. Furthermore, the apparatus of the present invention may be a so-called one-slit line apparatus in which sheet-like objects sent along one conveyance line are accumulated at one accumulation position as in the above-mentioned embodiment, or may be a so-called one-slit-line apparatus in which sheet-like articles sent along one conveyance line are accumulated at one accumulation position, or It may be a multi-slit line device in which the sheet-like objects sent along the line are accumulated at separate accumulation positions.
