Claims (1)
- 塗色の異なる複数の塗料を択一的に供給するカ
ラーチエンジ機能とカラーチエンジ時に塗料供給
系を洗浄する洗浄機能とを備えたカラーチエンジ
バルブユニツトと、塗料吐出ノズルを備えた塗装
ガンとを塗料供給管によつて接続するとともに、
該塗料供給管の途中に塗料の供給・停止を制御す
る制御弁を備えたカラーチエンジ装置であつて、
上記塗装ガンあるいはその近傍の塗料供給系にお
ける塗料供給圧を検出する塗料供給圧検出手段と
、前色塗料洗浄後の次色塗料供給時において上記
塗料供給圧検出手段により所定値以上の塗料供給
圧が検出された時に上記制御弁をして次色塗料の
供給を停止させる制御手段とが備えられているこ
とを特徴とするカラーチエンジ装置。
