Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体を微量吐出するデイスペンジングシリン
    ジ用アダプタにおいて、 ａ シリンジ１内径に対するアダプタの嵌込み
    口８と該シリンジのフランジ３のクイツクパイプ
    ジヨイント用のジヨウ９の設けられることと、 ｂ 上記嵌込み口８内には、該口に平行に加圧
    気体供給通路１３とバルブステム１１が貫通して
    設けられることと、 ｃ 上記バルブステム１１の先端部はバルブ１
    １Ｖを形成することと、 ｄ 上記バルブステム１１の上方部は、上記ア
    ダプタ６のボデイ７内にて該ステムと同軸方向に
    柱状の鉄心１２に接続されることと、 ｅ 上記鉄心１２の外周部には電線コイル１５
    が同心円状に設けられることと、 ｆ 上記鉄心１２の上方部には上記アダプタボ
    デイ７の上蓋との間に圧縮バネ１６の圧接して設
    けられることと、 ｇ 上記圧縮ばね１６の内部同軸線上にバルブ
    開閉ストローク制限用の調整ネジ１７の設けられ
    ることと、 ｈ 上記ｂ．項記載の加圧気体供給通路１３は
    、中途より分岐１４して加圧気体供給装置２０上
    の配管１９に接続されることと、 ｉ 上記ｅ．項記載の電線コイル１５の端子は
    タイマ２７に、更に必要によつてはフツトスイツ
    チ３５等に電気接続されること、 とより成ることを特徴とする液体デイスペンジ
    ングシリンジ用アダプタ。 ２ 鉄心１２と電線コイル１５とが排除され、そ
    れに代わつてエア操作用のシリンダ４０及びピス
    トン４２、圧縮バネ４６、制限用調整ネジ４７等
    の設けられることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の液体デイスペンジングシリン
    ジ用アダプタ。 ３ バルブが、ニードルバルブである実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の液体デイス
    ペンジングシリンジ用アダプタ。 ４ バルブが、弾性体材料より成るものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の液
    体デイスペンジングシリンジ用アダプタ。 ５ バルブの先端が、シリンジ先端部に取付けら
    れるノズル５５又は５６，５７のノズル孔５５Ｈ
    又は５６Ｈ，５７Ｈの入口部に設けた弁座５５Ｓ
    又は５６Ｓ，５８と相対することを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の液
    体デイスペンジングシリンジ用アダプタ。
