- 傘の柄部を挿入できる小開口部を下方に設け、
且つ手を挿入できる大開口部を下方に設けた防寒
筒状体を手が隠蔽できる大きさに形成し、前記小
開口部に開閉自在な係止具を設けたことを特徴と
する傘用防寒具。
