Claims (1)
- 被加工物として切断された棒状体の全長を測定
するものにおいて、上記棒状体の全長を光学的に
検出するため、少なくとも棒状体の端部に設置さ
れるイメージセンサーと、あらかじめ設定された
棒状体の全長を記憶しておく記憶手段と、上記イ
メージセンサーで検出した棒状体の全長信号と上
記記憶手段が記憶している設定値とを比較して全
長の偏差値を算出する演算手段と、この演算手段
により算出された偏差値の信号に基づいて上記棒
状体を切断するカツターの周期が制御される切断
装置とを具備したことを特徴とする棒状体の切断
制御装置。
