了させ、４５％〜５０％程度の水分を含んだ帯板
状の生地麺２にすると共に、該生地麺２を折り畳
み状態や巻き込み状態、時には芯材３に巻きつけ
た状態となし、前記生地麺２をフイルム等で包ん
でなる帯状生麺。
