シストガスと共にワークに対して出力するノズル

の検知部とし、ノズル先端をワークに対して定位
置に制御するレーザ加工機の静電容量センサにお
いて、前記ノズルの上端にフランジ部を形成し、
前記フランジ部を下方側から持ち上げる絶縁ブロ
ツクを用い前記フランジ部を上方側から下方側へ
押し下げるストツパ役の絶縁リングを介して前記
ノズルを前記加工ヘツドのセンサボデイに接続す
るようにしたことを特徴とするレーザ加工機の静
