Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光１を用いて加硫ゴム３を切断する
時にレーザ加工機に使用するレーザ光調整治具で
あつて、該レーザ光調整治具はレーザ加工機のレ
ーザ光の発振側に設けられるとともに、レーザ光
１を導く導管５と、該導管５の開口側に設けられ
てリング状部材６、およびこのリング状部材６よ
りも前記加硫ゴム３側に位置する集光レンズ２を
保持する保持部材７とを具え、前記リング状部材
６および集光レンズ２はその中心が前記レーザ光
１の光軸と一致して配設されているとともに、前
記リング状部材６は、その中心孔の大きさが、ポ
リマー分解の領域ａに相当する部分とポリマー分
解のプロセスの領域ｂに相当する部分とからなる
レーザ光１のうちの前記ポリマー分解の領域ａに
相当する部分のレーザ光１′のみを通過させる大
きさとなつていることを特徴とするレーザ光調整
治具。 (2) リング状部材６は、その上面が研磨され、
レーザ光１のうちのポリマー分解のプロセスの領
域ｂに相当するレーザ光を反射するようになつて
いる請求項１記載のレーザ光調整治具。
