- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 中空光導波路の少なくとも入出射端付近の外
周上にネジ溝を設けた光エネルギー伝送管を、前
記ネジ溝と係合する内壁ネジ溝の形成されたホル
ダー内に密着性よく収納しネジ係合させたことを
特徴とする中空光導波路装置の構造。 ２ 上記光エネルギー伝送管に誘電体内装金属中
