  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ発生器と、該レーザ発生器から導か
    れたレーザ光線をレンズで絞つて外部に照射する
    ヘツドとを備えたレーザ照射装置において、レー
    ザ光線通過用の貫通孔を設けたカバーでヘツドの
    周囲を覆い、該カバーの内側を与圧したことを特
    徴とするレーザ照射装置。 (2) カバーの内側に加熱した圧縮空気を送り込
    むように構成した請求項１のレーザ照射装置。
