持部が上方に位置しかつ把手部が相互に離れた開

の枠の下辺を相互に連結して開位置を定める連結
部と、前記枠組のそれぞれの枠の下方に置かれる
トレイとからなり、前記一対の把子部にそれぞれ
袋の手下げ部分を掛止させ、枠組が開いたときに
袋の開口部が広がるように袋を装着して使用する
