口部とともに示す図、第２図は、第１図のキヤツ
プに用いる中栓の側断面図、第３図は、第１図の
容器口部からキヤツプを離脱させて容器を傾けた
時の状態を示す図、第４図は、本考案の樹脂キヤ
ツプの他の例を示す図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) (A) 容器口部に固定され且つ中央部に開口
    を備えた中栓、 (B) 前記中栓の開口部に上下にスライド可能
    に設けられた弁部材、 及び、 (C) 前記中栓を覆う様に設けられるオーバー
    キヤツプ、 とから成る樹脂キヤツプにおいて、 前記中栓Ａは、その開口部近傍に内容液注出用
    の突起が上方に延びており、且つ該突起の内側に
    弁部材Ｂ支持用の周状フランジが形成されており
    、 前記弁部材Ｂは、前記開口部をシールするため
    の天面と、該天面から下方に延びているスカート
    状側壁とから成り、 弁部材天面の周縁部が、前記中栓の周状フラン
    ジの上面側に位置し且つその周状先端部と中栓の
    突起の内側面との間に小間隙が形成される様に、
    前記弁部材は配置され、 該弁部材のスカート状側壁は、前記中栓の開口
    部を通つて下方に延びており、且つその下端部に
    おいて中栓の周状フランジ下面と係合する係止突
    起を有しているとともに、該スカート状側壁の壁
    面には、内容液注出用通路となる開口部が少なく
    とも１個形成されており、 前記オーバーキヤツプＣは、前記弁部材の天面
    を押圧するための突起を、該キヤツプ天面内側に
    有しているものであることを特徴とする樹脂キヤ
    ツプ。 (2) 前記中栓の周状フランジ状面と、前記弁部
    材の天面周縁部下面との間に、弾性状の小片が介
    在している請求項１記載の樹脂キヤツプ。
