- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒状の検体を回転可能な治具に把持し、該検
体の軸心を中心として回転しつつ検体の外周面を
検査する検査装置において、 前記検体の外周面を径方向に、かつ等間隔で同
時押圧する複数の押圧具を設けるとともに、前記
治具を押圧具の押圧方向に沿つて振動可能とした
ことを特徴とする検査装置。
