Claims (1)
- 圧力センサの両側に大気圧とプロセス流体圧を
各々導入する２つの通路を有するボデイと、この
ボデイの両通路のうち大気圧側通路の開口部に装
着されその軸線方向に開口する通気孔を有する栓
体とを備え、この栓体のセンサ側にシート面を形
成し、このシート面に着座可能な弁体を前記大気
圧側通路内に進退自在に設け、この弁体を開放す
る方向に付勢するスプリングを前記栓体内に装着
したことを特徴とするプロセス流体の流出防止装
置。
