する枠信号発生回路と、 親画面および子画面用の映像信号をそれぞれ選
択するための信号に基づいて、子画面用映像信号
ソースの種類を判別して対応する判別信号を出力
する子画面ソース判別回路と、 前記枠信号発生回路からの枠信号の位相を、前
記判別信号に応じて変化させることにより、該枠
信号によつて表示される枠の色相を可変する色相
可変回路と、 親画面用映像信号、子画面用映像信号および前
記色相可変回路からの枠信号を所定のタイミング
で切換えて多画面表示用の合成映像信号として出
力する切換回路とを備えることを特徴とする多画
