Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の両主面に少なくとも一部が対向する
ようにして電極膜を形成された二個以上の共振ユ
ニツトを備え、この共振ユニツトの主面間にシー
ト状の結合子を挾んで共振ユニツト同士を一体化
させたことを特徴とする圧電共振子。
