- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物の近接状態を検出し、その検出結果に
応じて表示部を点灯させ、視覚的に前記被測定物
の近接状態を表示する近接センサにおいて、 前記被測定物の近接状況が予め定められる所定
の近接状況となつたとき、その近接状況に応じた
表示色により前記表示部を点灯させる近接状態表
示手段と、 前記被測定物の近接状況が前記所定の近接状況
以外となつたとき、所定の表示色により前記表示
部を点灯させる正常動作状態表示手段と、 を備えることを特徴とする近接センサ。
