- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基部と、この基部に設けた圧電駆動体と、この
圧電駆動体の先端部分に設けた駆動子と、複数個
の腕部および複数個のヒンジばねを組み合わせた
変位拡大機構部とを有し、上記圧電駆動体の微小
変位を上記変位拡大機構部に伝達し、上記変位拡
大機構部の出力変位により接点を開閉する圧電継
電器において、 上記駆動子、および／もしくは上記変位拡大機
構部の駆動子と当接する腕部を硬質の材料で形成
したことを特徴とする圧電継電器。
