センサ部を各１個ずつ光フアイバで接続した液面
レベルセンサの構成図である。第２図は、２×３
光分岐結合器を介して、１個の発光素子、１個の
受光素子、及び３個の光フアイバの端面からなる
センサ部を光フアイバで接続した液面レベルセン
サの構成図である。第３図は、先端を円錐研磨し
てセンサ部とした光フアイバの側面図、第４図は
、先端部にミラーを付けてセンサ部とした光フア
イバの側面図である。 １……ミラー、２……発光素子、３……受光素

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一つ又はそれ以上の発光素子、一つ又はそ
れ以上の受光素子、及び一つ又はそれ以上のセン
サ部を持つ液面レベルセンサにおいて、該発光素
子、該受光素子、及び該センサ部を、光分岐結合
器を介して光フアイバで接続したことを特徴とす
る液面レベルセンサ。 (2) 光分岐結合器が、感光性樹脂のフオトリソ
グラフにより、形成された光導波路により構成さ
れていることを特徴とする請求項(1)の液面レベ
ルセンサ。
