Claims (1)
動部材の両側に配置され且つ顕微鏡本体に複数本
のボルトにより固定されていて前記移動部材を転
動部材を介して顕微鏡光軸方向に案内する一対の
ほぼ矩形断面の案内部材とを備えた顕微鏡の準焦
用ステージ案内機構において、前記各案内部材の
所定箇所には顕微鏡本体の方へ貫通するサラ穴を
設け、顕微鏡本体の前記各サラ穴と対応する箇所
には前記各サラ穴の中心より前記移動部材側へ若
干偏芯した雌ネジを設け、サラネジを前記各サラ
穴を貫通させ且つ前記各雌ネジに螺合させ、前記
サラネジを締め込んだ時前記サラ穴の斜面に前記
サラネジの斜面が押接して前記各案内部材が前記
移動部材側へ押し付けられるようにしたことを特
