- ＰＲＯＭに対して書き込み、読み込み、比較、
消去状態チエツクを行うＰＲＯＭプログラマにお
いて、ＰＲＯＭに対し書き込みを行うとき書き込
み電圧を昇順に複数回発生させる事により書き込
み適正電圧を得る手段を有することを特徴とする
ＰＲＯＭプログラマ。
