That is, the partition panel of the present invention has a horizontal frame and a vertical frame each having a cross-sectional shape in which an L is connected to both ends of a U-shape, and the tip of the L is directed inward. Further, the upper and lower sides of the core plate are installed such that the opening sides of the horizontal frame and the vertical frame face outward, and are configured by a large number of partition holes perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal frame and the vertical frame. In addition to enclosing and fixing the four sides of the core board, each compartment hole of the core board was treated with fireproofing and flameproofing by uniformly mixing a boron-based compound into cellulose fiber, which is a natural wood fiber made from waste paper in the form of fibers or cotton. It is filled with fibrous or cotton-like porous wood fiber sound absorbing material. Further, a punched metal having a large number of through holes is bonded to the surface of the core plate, and a fabric skin material such as a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric is stretched over the surface of the punched metal.

At this time, part of the energy is the vibration of the skin material 6 and the punching metal 5, the vibration of the core plate 1 bonded to the punching metal 5, and the partition hole 1b of the core plate 1.
The sound waves that are absorbed by the friction of the porous wood sound absorbing material 4 housed in the porous wood sound absorbing material 4 and entering the partition holes 1b from the through holes 5a directly vibrate the fibers of the porous wood sound absorbing material 4 to eliminate sound energy. Therefore, it has extremely excellent sound absorption and insulation properties.

Regarding the heat insulation effect, the partition hole 1b of the core plate 1
is filled with porous wood fiber sound absorbing material 4 to prevent air convection between both punching metals 5, 5, and core board 1 and porous wood fiber sound absorbing material 4 are filled with low thermal conductivity material. Because it is constructed with a single layer, it has a high heat insulating effect.
