Claims (1)
- 粒子の加速方向と直角な方向に相対向した一対
の電極を支持する第１のサポートと、前記一対の
電極の対向方向に交差する方向に相対向した一対
の電極を支持する第２のサポートと、前記第１の
サポートおよび第２のサポートを支持するベース
と、これらを収容する真空容器とを備えたＲＦＱ
型線形加速器において、前記ベースの前記加速方
向に平行に配設されかつ一端が前記ベースに電気
的に接続された導電バーと、この導電バーと前記
ベースとの間に摺動自在に配設されて前記導電バ
ーおよび前記ベースを短絡する可動シヨートと、
前記真空容器の外部にあつて前記可動シヨートを
摺動方向に摺動させる操作装置とを有することを
特徴とするＲＦＱ型線形加速器。
